Room rates including either Continental or English breakfast for 2009/10 are: - 

Twin En-Suite                                                   from  £ 70.00 per night    (Single Occupancy rate from £45.00 per night)
Double En-Suite with private lounge/TV room       from  £ 70.00 per night    (Single Occupancy rate from £45.00 per night)
Single with private bathroom                              from £ 35.00 per night

Payment Terms :- On arrival by cash, cheque accompanied by a guarantee card, by internet bank transfer or invoice, we do not accept debit or credit cards.

With invoicing, payment should be received by us prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Please note, that unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us, we prefer our guests to register in on the first night no later that 9.00pm.  Rooms are available from 4.00pm onwards on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 8.45am.
